“Lake Tahoe Love at the Iconic Gar Woods”
Liz and Jordan’s design concept steamed from Liz's Tahoe roots and their long distance relationship journey, coming together on their special day. "Together is our favorite place to be" was our thematic nod toward Liz and Jordan finally sharing their life together. Guests felt as though they walked into a bright and airy reflection of Liz and Jordan’s style. We mixed soft blue textures, colors, elements + gold tones to create a natural marriage of styles. This balanced beautifully off of the light wood tones and the sparkling blue lake through the floor to ceiling windows in the iconic Gar Woods.
The soft blue + gold tones were brought in via linens, tables capes and accents. The white textures and tones came alive through florals, signage, room draping, and charger plates. We had lots of room for creativity with a smaller guest count, allowing for more attention to personal detail. Liz and Jordan’s goal was to make this wedding feel very special to those who were in attendance. They danced the night away lakeside drinking signature Wet Woodys and felt all the love in the crisp Lake Tahoe air.
