“An afternoon in Wine Country”

Alexa + Nick have known each other for decades. They lost touch after they both graduated and years later Nick texted Alexa out of the blue that he had a dream about her. It immediately kindled a connection and the two began dating again, making up for lost time. They fell deeply in love and began their life together. After Nick proposed, the wedding planning began right away. Alexa is so organized and easy to plan with. She trusted her planner and listened to her suggestions. This wedding was very easy to plan thanks to having such a wonderful bride. The design concept was “simple luxury” Alexa wanted to have an early wedding with a ceremony taking place at 2:30pm and end time of 8:30pm. She loved the idea of taking in the luxury of the Carneros Resort property, relaxing and enjoying rather than partying. Alexa and Nick’s love is soft and endearing, they wanted their wedding to reflect that. We took advantage of how all-inclusive Carneros is and used most of their design pieces that were already on-site. We accented this with beautiful florals that made the spaces come alive. It was Alexa and Nick’s dream day and they were smitten during every moment of it.
